WHILE YOU WEREN'T LOOKING
On February 26th the Rhode Island Senate passed Resolution 690 which allows for the formation of a Senate Committee to study fire and capacity regulations for "nightclubs." The committee will report their findings on or before May 1, 2003. Music fans should keep a watchful eye on the precedings of the RI Senate in regards to this issue. Any legislation passed in the Biggest Little could have outstanding consequences for venues all over the nation.
